Ron’s is committed to ensuring compliance with the Illinois Temporary Workers Fairness and Safety Act, including those provisions related to notice, fair pay, and safety. Ron’s will continue to supply its temporary employees with the Assignment Notice as required by the Illinois Day and Temporary Labor Services Act, as well as inform its temporary employees if there is a strike, lockout, or other labor trouble at the location to which they are being offered assignment and that they have a right to refuse that assignment. Ron’s will also track assignments such that it will meet the fair pay obligations where a temporary employee is on assignment to a particular client company for more than 90 days in a calendar year.
